Rimrock Lodge is ideally situated for weary travelers journeying across NW Montana. We are easily accessed off MT HWY 200 at the west edge of town.
Whether you are ready for a meal, refreshments, lodgings for the night, or a base camp for exploring, hunting, fishing, hiking, or just walking around our beautiful area, you’ll find Rimrock Lodge is perfect!
We are the only lodgings in town with on-site restaurant & lounge. No need to venture off the premises once you are comfortably settled into your room.
We offer affordable, family-friendly accommodations - RV spaces, cabins, and motel rooms.
Plus we have a bowling alley on-site, as well as a full-service restaurant & lounge. Our extended lounge area also offers gaming, poker, pool table, darts, and (weather permitting) an expansive deck to enjoy the amazing views of the Clark Fork River & surrounding mountains.

Thompson Falls is a hidden gem. As the County Seat you will find many amenities packed into our small town. The signs at each end of town “Genuine in Nature” truly reflect the town and it’s inhabitants.
Sanders County is 130 miles long - extending from the Idaho Border to just 44 miles west of Missoula MT.
Geographically Thompson Falls is about 50 miles from the Idaho border so we are almost midpoint in the county.
Our local landscape offers amply opportunities for fishing, kayaking, boating, hunting, hiking, backpacking, walking, snow-shoeing, snow mobiles, and just chillin’.

It's advisable to check the park's official website for the most current information and to make reservations in advance if you plan to visit during these busy months. For other times of the year, standard park entrance fees apply, and no additional reservations are necessary.
